At this time, I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a "super bill" for you to turn in to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company for details on your coverage.

Cash, check, Venmo, or credit card is accepted at the time of services.

Cancellation Policy - I value everyone's time as much as I value my own. With that said, I understand that life happens and things come up, so please be mindful and provide at least 24 hours advance notice of cancellation. The full fee will be charged if notice is not received. Thank you!
